Mason Taylor Misses Practice With Neck Injury
New York Jets rookie tight end Mason Taylor (neck) was a non-participant at Wednesday's practice due to a neck injury, according to Rich Cimini of ESPN. Taylor apparently injured his neck in Sunday's loss to the Miami Dolphins and could be in danger of missing the Week 15 game this Sunday versus the Jacksonville Jaguars. The 21-year-old led the Jets with five catches for 51 yards in Week 14. His 51 yards were the most he's had since catching a season-high nine passes on 12 targets for 67 yards back on Oct. 5 against the Dallas Cowboys. The second-round selection hasn't had much of a chance to be productive for fantasy managers in one of the worst passing offenses in the league. Taylor is the TE26 in half-PPR scoring in 2025 with 44 catches, 369 yards, and only one touchdown. He won't be a realistic starting option in most leagues in Week 15 if he's active, especially if undrafted rookie quarterback Brady Cook is forced to start.
