Marquise Goodwin Ruled Out
Marquise Goodwin (quadriceps) didn't practice on Friday and has been ruled out for Week 2 against the Lions. Goodwin was a popular breakout candidate this year, but he had zero catches before his injury in the season opener and will now sit out in Week 2. In his absence, Pierre Garcon will be the No. 1 wideout, but rookie Dante Pettis might have a higher ceiling as a WR4/flex. Tight end George Kittle now has a much higher floor as a TE1, too.
