2 years agoKansas City Chiefs wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling (illness) will return to practice on Thursday after sitting out Wednesday's session. It's good news for the Chiefs, but wideouts JuJu Smith-Schuster (concussion) and Mecole Hardman (abdomen) haven't practiced this week, leaving them iffy for Sunday night's showdown against the Los Angeles Chargers. MVS had his first 100-yard game of the year in Week 7, caught just one pass for 12 yards in Week 9 and then went for 60 yards and his first touchdown of the year on three catches last week. He's been a volatile fantasy starter, but if both Smith-Schuster and Hardman are unable to play, Valdes-Scantling will basically become a must-start in KC's high-upside offense.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
