3 years agoThe Green Bay Packers designated wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling (hamstring) to return from Injured Reserve on Monday. It will open his practice window leading up to the Week 9 game against the Kansas City Chiefs, but it doesn't mean he'll be activated from IR and be active this weekend. The Packers will be getting Allen Lazard back from the COVID-19 list and should get Davante Adams back as well, so MVS won't be on the fantasy radar as anything more than a dart-throw boom/bust WR4/flex in cavernous leagues in what will be a projected shootout against the Chiefs. The 27-year-old hasn't played since Week 3 and had only six catches on 16 targets for 76 yards and one touchdown before his injury landed him on IR.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
