Marcus Sasser Ruled Out Again Versus Knicks
10 months agoDetroit Pistons guard Marcus Sasser (knee) has been ruled out for their Monday night matchup against the New York Knicks due to a right knee contusion. The rookie combo guard hurt his knee on Thursday during their game against the Indiana Pacers and then was ruled out for their last game on Saturday. He was a late scratch for that one but was ruled out early for Monday, so it's unclear how much time Sasser may have to miss. Sasser's minutes have been inconsistent so far this year as he's ranged from 37 to 9 over the last few weeks. While he's sidelined, however, Quentin Grimes and Malachi Flynn should receive some extra minutes off of the bench with the former being the better streaming option of the two.
