Marcus Johansson Reunited With Capitals
Forward Marcus Johansson wound up with the expansion Seattle Kraken this season but always longed for playing in Washington again. On Monday, he got his wish, as the forward was traded back to the Capitals. The Swedish player has been besieged by injuries over the past several seasons and will not have to play as much, either. Johansson may see middle-six ice time with more man-advantage play. Being reunited with Alex Ovechkin and Nicklas Backstrom cannot hurt Johansson, who had just seven goals and 16 assists in 51 games for Seattle this year.
