Luis Severino Will Miss All Of April
New York Yankees starting pitcher Luis Severino (shoulder) won't be ready to make his season debut until at least May 1, according to general manager Brian Cashman. The right-hander has been out since March 5 with inflammation in his right rotator cuff. It's a big blow to the Yankees, as he's been an All-Star each of the last two seasons and won a career-high 19 games in 2018. Before the injury, Severino was rightfully being drafted as a fantasy ace. That'll now change with him set to miss at least the first month of the season.
