Chicago Bulls point guard Lonzo Ball (illness) will not be in the lineup on Tuesday against the Detroit Pistons. Ball is having a bout with the flu and may also miss Wednesday's rematch versus the Pistons. With Ball sidelined, Matas Buzelis has earned a pair of starts. The Chicago-born rookie has performed well in these games, averaging 15.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 2.0 blocks, and 1.5 steals. Buzelis definitely deserves a look from fantasy managers.--Taavi Pailk
