Chicago Bulls guard Lonzo Ball (knee) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Portland Trail Blazers. This is the front end of a back-to-back set, so it's not shocking to see Ball getting the night off on Sunday. This seems to be for rest purposes, but regardless fantasy managers should consider Ball as day-to-day. His absence should mean that Ayo Dosunmu should see increased run in the rotation. Dosunmu recently returned from injury, but has looked solid in his last two games. He should have increased fantasy value with the Bulls being shorthanded on Sunday.--Andy Webb
