Philadelphia 76ers guard/forward Lonnie Walker IV (concussion) has been cleared to suit up for Friday's matchup with the San Antonio Spurs. The 26-year-old sustained a concussion last week but will return to the court after missing five consecutive contests. He has played in 10 games for the 76ers this season, averaging 8.2 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.9 assists in 19.2 minutes per contest. His return will bring some relief to a Sixers roster decimated by injuries.--Andrew Lennox
