Logan Webb Pitches Well on Thursday
Logan Webb looked sharp on the mound once again during Thursday's game against the Chicago Cubs. The right-hander entered this game on a hot stretch with one earned run allowed or less in four of his last five starts. Webb tossed seven innings, allowing three runs on seven hits while striking out seven batters in the no-decision on Thursday. He gave up quite a few hits in this one, but didn't allow any damage after an Ian Happ RBI single in the first inning. Webb will take a 3.19 ERA, 1.21 WHIP, and a 187/37 K/BB ratio into his next start versus the Colorado Rockies. It's worth noting that he'll be pitching in Coors Field, so his fantasy value will take a hit.
