Laviska Shenault Jr. Suffers Ankle Injury Against Miami

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Laviska Shenault Jr. (ankle) is believed to have suffered a high-ankle sprain in the team's loss to the Miami Dolphins. He was carted to the locker room, where X-rays came back negative. The Panthers are now on their bye week, which will give Shenault extra time to recover. However, high-ankle sprains tend to keep players out for several weeks. The former second-round pick is used in more of a gadget role and doesn't receive a lot of touches on a week-to-week basis. Even when he's healthy, Shenault is off of fantasy radars.
