Sam LaPorta Set Up for Big Match In Week 2
3 months agoAfter a decent Week 1, Detroit Lions tight end Sam LaPorta should only be better from here. He is RotoBaller’s No. 1 ranked tight end in a decent matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. What most people expected to be a top-three tight end in 2024, LaPorta has probably already seen his floor after catching four passes on six targets for 45 yards. LaPorta has been Jared Goff's safety blanket ever since he joined the team in 2023. Last year against the Buccaneers, the sophomore tight end had four catches on 11 targets for 36 yards. LaPorta is a must-start and is always good for a decent game as long as he plays.
