10 months agoSan Francisco Giants first baseman LaMonte Wade Jr. is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against Ryne Nelson and the Arizona Diamondbacks. The slugger started the past two games after missing three contests with a side injury, but he left Saturday's game prematurely. Fantasy managers should stay updated on Wade Jr.'s status. Instead, Isan Diaz will take his place in the lineup, playing third and batting ninth. The 27-year-old has no hits through four plate appearances this season and owns a .183/.272/.284 career slash line over 146 games. Diaz is irrelevant in just about every format, as there are much better options on the waiver wire.--Spencer Seguin
