4 years agoArizona Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury said that quarterback Kyler Murray (leg) has a "lower-leg injury" and his status for Week 17 against the division-rival Rams is in question. Murray was leg-whipped on the final play of the game on Saturday in the loss to the 49ers. He was just 31-for-50 for 247 yards, no touchdowns and an interception in the loss to San Francisco, adding 75 rushing yards on eight attempts. Things won't get any easier in Week 17 in a must-win game if Murray plays, as he'll face a Rams Defense that has been extremely tough on quarterbacks all year long. Keep a close eye on Murray's practice status throughout the week. If he can't go, it'll be either Chris Streveler or Brett Hundley under center, which would be a big downgrade for all Cardinals pass-catchers in an already tough matchup.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
