5 months agoFormer Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray announced on his Twitter page on Monday that he is "firmly and fully committing my life and time to becoming an NFL quarterback." He has already committed to attending the NFL scouting combine later this month and appears ready to bail on the Oakland Athletics after they selected him in the first round of last year's draft. Murray is very undersized height-wise (5-foot-10) for an NFL QB, but we've seen smaller quarterbacks succeed in the past (Russell Wilson). It remains to be seen if Murraya will have a realistic chance at starting in his rookie season in the NFL, but he'll most likely be a first-round pick given the weak QB class this year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
