Kyle Stowers Getting Start Against Right-Hander
2 years agoBaltimore Orioles outfielder Kyle Stowers is making the start in right field and is hitting ninth in the batting order on Tuesday against right-hander Zach Eflin and the Tampa Bay Rays. Stowers is becoming a lineup regular against right-handed pitching, having started in the outfield in six straight starts for the O's against righties. The 25-year-old left-handed hitter has just two hits in 21 at-bats, though, with no home runs or RBI and seven strikeouts in his first 11 games for Baltimore. Stowers will have a very low DFS ceiling in the nine-hole, and he'll need to pick things up offensively if he wants to continue having a role against right-handers.
