Kyle Seager Out Again Sunday
3 years agoSeattle Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager (shin) is out of the starting lineup again on Sunday against the Los Angeles Angels after being scratched from Saturday's lineup with a bone bruise on his shin. Seager fouled a ball off his shin a few days ago, and fantasy managers should consider him day-to-day as we head into the All-Star break. The 33-year-old has provided some valuable power (16 home runs) but not much else with a .213/.280/.411 slash line and 50 RBI in 333 at-bats this season. Dylan Moore will take over at the hot corner once again while hitting eighth on Sunday against Angels left-hander Jose Suarez. Moore does have eight home runs in 201 at-bats this season, but he'll be a low-upside DFS play due to his .179/.269/.353 slash line overall.
