Tennessee Titans wide receiver Kyle Philips played in just four games as a rookie in 2022 -- catching eight passes for 78 yards. However, the fifth-round selection has recovered from his season-ending ankle injury and has added weight this offseason, according to Jim Wyatt of TennesseeTitans.com. "Kyle has had a solid offseason," said Wyatt. "He added some size and looks more comfortable. If he stays healthy, he's going to make a big impact in 2023." Philips doesn't have a high ceiling in a mediocre passing attack, but since Tennessee failed to add any significant wide receivers to its roster, he'll likely have a role in the offense. Treylon Burks should be the runaway No. 1 WR, but Philips' only other competition for targets will be Chigoziem Okonkwo, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, and Chris Moore.
