Kris Bryant Back In Lineup Against Reds
Chicago Cubs third baseman Kris Bryant (elbow) is back in the starting lineup for Thursday's game against the Cincinnati Reds. He will bat second against Reds' right-hander Sonny Gray. Bryant missed Wednesday's game with elbow soreness after being hit by a pitch, but it appears he is feeling better. The former MVP has had a nightmare 2020 season, slashing .194/.265/.312 with two homers and four RBI across 93 at-bats. Even though he is back in the lineup, it is hard to imagine he will turn it around in the final weeks of 2020.
