2 years agoKevin Harvick did not have the best Saturday in terms of qualifying. His Stewart-Haas Racing car wound up 21st in a virtual tie with Ryan Preece at 78.68 seconds. That was 0.961 seconds off pole-sitter Denny Hamlin. Harvick was 25th in practice and those times were a couple of seconds slower yet. He did finish fourth last year and was much faster during the second half of the race. However, the medium and longer-range speed does not seem to be there this time around.
