Philadelphia 76ers guard/forward Kelly Oubre Jr. (knee) will miss his third straight game on Wednesday against the Oklahoma City Thunder. The veteran scorer has been dealing with a knee sprain, and there isn't a timetable for when he will return. With Oubre on Philadelphia's lengthy injury list, Justin Edwards, Ricky Council IV, and Jalen Hood-Schifino all can take on more significant roles in the rotation. Council IV looks like the best fantasy option of the three, as he posted a double-double two games ago against the Dallas Mavericks.--Andrew Lennox
