Portland Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic (calf) is expected to play Wednesday versus Memphis, with the team listing him as probable for the contest. The Bosnian Beast missed a game last week with a calf problem but was back in action Monday versus Atlanta and looks ready to go again Wednesday. It's been a quiet campaign for Nurkic in 2022-23, with him averaging 14.1 points and 9.6 rebounds with 2.9 assists. Drew Eubanks replaced Nurkic in the starting unit Saturday and should get a bigger role again if there's a sudden setback and Nurkic can't play.--Taavi Pailk
