7 years agoPortland Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic had a big game against the Mavs on Tuesday, posting a double-double in the disappointing loss in Dallas. Nurkic was a super-efficient 7-for-8 from the field in this one, scoring 15 points on the night and pulling down a game-high 13 rebounds for good measure. He also threw in one assist and one block but was having issues with ball security, as he gave the ball away a game-high five times in this one. Nurk will be asked to do a little more on offense with Damian Lillard (ankle) likely set to miss extended time, so he may make for a promising DFS play in the next few games at least.--Matthew Thomas
