Justin Watson Targeted Six Times In Preseason Opener

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Justin Watson was targeted a team-high six times in Saturday's preseason loss to the Bears. He caught five of those passes for 45 yards and a touchdown from quarterback Shane Buechele. Watson played with both Buechele and second-string quarterback Chad Henne in the game, a potential sign that Watson is leading the race for the No. 5 receiver role on this team. While there's not much standalone fantasy value in that role, Watson is someone to keep an eye on as the season goes along in case other players in the Chiefs' new-look receiving corps struggle or deal with injuries.
