2/14:Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Julio Urias will be on an innings limit in 2019, but manager Dave Roberts doesn't know the exact number yet. The promising left-hander is still only 22 years old and threw just four innings at the big league level in 2018 due to a serious shoulder injury, so it makes sense to take it slow with him. Urias is being stretched out as a starter to begin the year, but his fantasy value will be capped based on how much he'll actually pitch. He's still more attractive in dynasty/keeper leagues, but Urias is still worth a late-round flier in deep mixed leagues on a good Dodgers team.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
