Julio Teheran Goes Five Innings In Win
6 years agoIt wasn't the most efficient of starts for Atlanta Braves starting pitcher Julio Teheran on Monday. He threw 98 pitches in his five innings of work and he gave up three runs, including a two-run homer. Teheran struck out four and walked four. The righty did get the win thanks to getting some run support from Freddie Freeman and Ronald Acuna - plus he even helped himself with a run-scoring single. He'll next face the Mets, who have all but put up the white flag on the season. If they look like they are fielding a Triple-A lineup, start him.
