6 years agoNew England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman will have a tough matchup against a Chargers defense that allowed the fifth fewest fantasy points to opposing receivers during the regular season. The Chargers finished up the season allowing only five touchdowns to receivers over their last 11 games. Edelman has enjoyed an active season, catching 74 passes for 850 yards and six touchdowns. But he has struggled producing in the red zone at times and thrives more as a possession receiver. The Patriots offense has sputtered to the finish line to wrap up the season and may elect to lean on the running game. Edelman's fantasy value for this weekend would be in DFS tournaments that awards points for receptions.--Joey C - RotoBaller
