Julian Edelman 2020 Outlook: Left Alone in New England
5 years agoNew England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman remains in New England even with Tom Brady (and Rob Gronkowski) snowbird-ed down to Florida. There were some rumors swirling that Edelman could be on the move as well, but now it seems more likely that the Patriots will hang on to the 34-year-old receiver. They don't have much else in terms of receiving threats, so Edelman could see plenty of the Patriots target share this season. Their offense, however, may struggle to move the ball with Jarrett Stidham under center. Edelman, as he has throughout his career, will have more value in PPR formats, but he should still be a decent enough bench/depth piece in most leagues.
