Julian Blackmon Visiting With Panthers On Monday
Free-agent safety Julian Blackmon (shoulder) is visiting with the Carolina Panthers on Monday, sources tell NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. The 26-year-old was a starter for the Indianapolis Colts for the last five years, totaling 300 tackles (225 solo), 1.5 sacks, 13 tackles for loss, 10 interceptions (one returned for a touchdown), 21 pass breakups, two forced fumbles and four fumble recoveries in 66 games played (62 starts). Despite rupturing the right labrum in his shoulder in Week 1, Blackmon managed to play 16 games for the Colts in 2024. He was set for offseason surgery, so it's unclear when exactly he'll be ready to work out this offseason with his new team. Despite already adding plenty of pieces to what was a terrible defense last year, the Panthers are still searching for more talent in their secondary.

Free-agent running back Joe Mixon (foot) posted a workout video to his Instagram Story this weekend showing himself going through drills as he works toward an NFL comeback. Mixon hasn't played since January 2025 after a foot injury wiped out his entire 2025 season, and Houston released him in March. The 30-year-old was productive the last time he played, rushing for 1,016 yards and 11 touchdowns in 14 regular-season games in 2024. There's now a team showing interest, too. Mixon is traveling to Seattle on Sunday and is expected to visit and work out for the Seahawks on Monday, according to reports. Seattle placed rookie Jadarian Price (chest) on injured reserve Saturday, while Zach Charbonnet (knee) is still working his way back from a torn ACL.

Mack Hollins Questionable to Return With Calf Injury
New England Patriots wide receiver Mack Hollins (calf) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills, according to Evan Lazar of Patriots.com. Hollins went down without contact on an incomplete pass during New England's first possession of the second half. He walked off the field before heading to the locker room. Hollins had three catches for 53 yards before leaving after posting six receptions for 87 yards against Jacksonville last week.

Ladd McConkey Active Against Seahawks
Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey (foot) is active Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. There was some concern about his availability after McConkey missed Thursday's practice, though he was able to get back on the field in a limited fashion Friday. He was officially listed as questionable. McConkey has 12 catches for 183 yards and a touchdown through three games, but the targets haven't exactly been piling up lately. He saw three in Week 2 and five last week. RotoBaller has McConkey at WR32 for Week 4, which puts him more in the WR3 mix than among the receivers fantasy managers need to force into lineups.

Mike Evans Active Against Broncos
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Mike Evans (ribs) is active for Sunday's Week 4 matchup against the Denver Broncos. Evans was listed as questionable after missing practice Wednesday and Thursday before returning in a limited capacity Friday. He suffered the injury during last week's win over the Arizona Cardinals, finishing with three catches on six targets for 34 yards and a touchdown before exiting. Evans enters Sunday with 12 receptions for 137 yards and two touchdowns through three games. RotoBaller has him at WR31 in its updated Week 4 PPR rankings, putting him in WR3 territory while he plays through the rib issue.

Lamar Jackson Questionable to Return With Ankle Injury
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (ankle) is questionable to return to Sunday's Week 4 game against the Tennessee Titans, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Jackson suffered the injury late in the first half and did not return to the field when Baltimore opened the third quarter, with Tyler Huntley taking over at quarterback. Jackson had completed 15 of 20 passes for 222 yards and two touchdowns before exiting. He entered Sunday without an injury designation after dealing with a minor back issue earlier in the week, so the ankle is a new concern.

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase (concussion) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to Paul Dehner. Chase was injured in the second quarter after being brought down by his facemask, with his head hitting the turf on the play. Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley (hamstring) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Rams, according to Adam Schefter. Barkley pulled up after a six-yard run in the first quarter and grabbed at his right hamstring before heading to the medical tent. He later went to the locker room and was initially listed as questionable to return. Barkley finishes with two carries for eight yards. Tank Bigsby was the first back onto the field after Barkley left, with Will Shipley also available behind him. Jayden Daniels On Track to Return in Week 5
Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels (left elbow) will be a full participant in practice this week, head coach Dan Quinn said Sunday. Daniels was limited in all three practices last week before Washington ruled him out against the Indianapolis Colts. He has missed two straight games since dislocating his left elbow in Week 2 against Dallas. A full week of practice would put Daniels on track to return Sunday against the New York Giants, although he still needs to get through the week before Washington clears him to play. The timing could be important for the Commanders after Marcus Mariota aggravated his right MCL against Indianapolis and is expected to miss some time.

Jaylin Lane Has Serious Ankle Injury
Washington Commanders wide receiver and returner Jaylin Lane is dealing with a serious ankle injury, according to head coach Dan Quinn, as reported by JP Finlay of NBC4 Sports Washington. Lane was injured on a kickoff return early in the third quarter of a Week 4 loss to the Indianapolis Colts in London. He did not appear to be able to put any pressure on his left leg and had to be carted off of the field. Lane was quickly ruled out of the game and did not return. Lane did not record any receptions and had three kickoff returns for 80 yards (26.7 yards per return) against the Colts. He has tallied two receptions for 25 yards (12.5 yards per attempt) in 2026.

Marcus Mariota Expected to Miss Time After Aggravating MCL Injury
Washington Commanders quarterback Marcus Mariota (right knee) aggravated the MCL injury he first suffered during the preseason and is expected to miss some time, according to Ian Rapoport. Mariota will undergo additional testing after leaving Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts in the first quarter. He completed three of four passes for 46 yards and added a 35-yard run before going down. Rapoport also reported that there is hope Jayden Daniels (left elbow) can return in Week 5 against the New York Giants. Daniels was limited in all three practices this past week but was ruled out Friday, with Washington planning to reevaluate him after another week of work. If Daniels is not ready, rookie Athan Kaliakmanis would be next in line with Mariota now expected to miss time.
