Josh Jacobs To Be Held Out In Week 16
5 years agoOakland Raiders rookie running back Josh Jacobs (shoulder) will be held out of Week 16 against the Chargers due to his lingering shoulder injury. It's a huge blow for owners that have gotten to the fantasy finals on the back of the impressive rookie, who is averaging 4.8 yards per carry with 1,150 rushing yards and seven touchdowns in his first year in the NFL. Deandre Washington needs to be picked up immediately and will have RB2 upside against the Bolts this Sunday, with Jalen Richard also mixing in. Washington carried the ball 14 times for 53 yards and a touchdown when Jacobs was absent on Dec. 8 against the Titans. He was also targeted seven times in the passing game.
