2 years agoPortland Trail Blazers forward Josh Hart will be the starting small forward to begin the season, according to head coach Chauncey Billups. It sounds like the organization has been impressed with Hart throughout the preseason. They believe Hart offers something they don't have in the starting five. Nassir Little and Justise Winslow are expected to back up Hart off the bench. Both players should have decent roles, but Hart is the only fantasy relevant player here. He should be able to carve out some late-round value considering he'll be in the starting five to begin the season.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
