The Ottawa Senators have signed forward Josh Bailey to a PTO. After spending the first 15 years of his career on Long Island as part of the New York Islanders, Bailey is headed to Canada's capital where he will need to prove he still has it to crack the roster. The speedy winger has had some good seasons in New York, logging 50 points in three straight seasons, including a 71-point season, from 2016-17 to 2018-19. Unfortunately, his point production is trending down and his defensive game is lacking, making him a liability in most situations. Still, he could be a decent depth-scoring winger for the Sens and could see some power-play time, making him an interesting deeper-league option in fantasy leagues if he manages to make the team.--Matt Garon - RotoBallerRead More News
