Josh Allen In Concussion Protocol
5 years agoBuffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen (concussion) is in the league's concussion protocol on Monday after leaving the game in the fourth quarter against the Patriots after taking a big hit to the head. There's no guarantee that Allen will be cleared ahead of the Week 5 matchup with the Titans, so you need to have other options available if he cannot go. Matt Barkley replaced Allen in the fourth quarter in the Week 4 loss to the Patriots and would start under center if Allen is unavailable. Barkley would be a downgrade for Buffalo's pass-catchers if he were to start. Tennessee's defense/special teams would also become a viable streaming option.
