Jorge Polanco Could Return Soon
2 years agoMinnesota Twins second baseman Jorge Polanco (hamstring) did sprints and running drills on the field before the team's game on Sunday and looked pretty good. Polanco could return soon from the injured list. The 29-year-old infielder is already eligible to return from the 10-day injured list, and his activation could come as early as Tuesday. When he does return, Edouard Julien is likely to be sent back to the minor leagues to make room for Polanco on the active roster. Polanco should be rostered in all fantasy leagues. He'll return to starting second-base duties when he's ready, and he was hitting .284 (27-for-95) with seven doubles, four home runs, 14 RBI, a stolen base and 10 runs scored in 23 games before his injury.
