Washington Redskins tight end Jordan Reed (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 4 against the Giants. Reed has yet to play this year and has no timetable for a return, although the Redskins continue to say they expect him back this year. There's little incentive to keep him around in standard-sized leagues at this point. Vernon Davis has been filling in as the main pass-catching tight end. He doesn't have a ton of upside in this lackluster offense, but he has some sleeper potential as a TE2 this weekend against the Giants generous defense.--Keith Hernandez
