Jordan Howard Tough To Trust Despite Decent Matchup

Chicago Bears running back Jordan Howard has been a fantasy enigma all season heading into the team's Week 13 tilt against the Giants. The Bears were forced to start backup quarterback Chase Daniel last week so most figured that they would lean heavily upon their running game. But Howard saw only seven carries for 13 yards in the game and now has five games of 40 rushing yards or less this season. He will go up against a Giants defense this Sunday that is allowing the 11th most fantasy points to opposing running backs this season. The Giants have allowed at least one touchdown to a running back in every game this season and 15 to the position all season. They have allowed 12 different running backs to post 10 or more fantasy points and eight of those backs have post 15 or more points. The matchup is juicy but the trusting Howard to produce is a tall order at this point. Howard will be no more than a low-end RB2 who has a solid chance to find the end zone in Week 13.
