Jordan Eberle Hopes To Remain In Seattle
Seattle Kraken right wing Jordan Eberle wants to stick with the team and hopes to work out an extension. "I've made my stance clear as far as I love it here," Eberle said at the start of training camp. "I want to be here. And I want to be a part of a winning group. I think we have one here." The veteran winger will come off a five-year, $27.5 million deal next summer. He struggled in his first year in Seattle but completely turned around his form in 2022-23 to post 20 goals and 63 points in 82 games. Since Eberle doesn't have a contract for next season, he should be fully motivated to perform well for Seattle in the upcoming campaign.
