Columbus Blue Jackets goaltender Joonas Korpisalo exited Friday's 3-1 win over Calgary with a lower-body injury. He started the game and helped the team grab a 1-0 lead but Elvis Merzlikins had to take over from him after the first intermission. The Latvian also appeared to have gotten hurt in an incident, but he was able to finish the game and collected the victory. Both Columbus' goalies have struggled this season, but Friday's victory should be a morale booster and the winning effort was especially important for Elvis Merzlikins, who has gone just 3-7-0 this season with a shocking 4.82 goals-against average. He's set to be a very busy man if Korpisalo is forced to miss time.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
