New York Mets starting pitching prospect Jonah Tong continued his strong run at High-A with a season-high 11 strikeouts across six one-run frames on Wednesday. Tong was promoted to High-A Brooklyn on May 2 and has held a solid 3.38 ERA, 1.29 WHIP, and a 21:56 BB:K ratio through his first 42 ⅔ innings. However, in his past three outings, the 21-year-old has posted a stellar 1.69 ERA, 0.94 WHIP, and a 7:21 BB:K ratio. Tong opened the season with his first extended look at High-A and tossed 18 ⅔ consecutive shutout innings, which earned him the promotion to High-A. Tong is still several seasons away from his major league debut but remains a name to keep a close eye on in dynasty leagues as he is developing into one of the better young arms in baseball.--Andy Smith - RotoBallerRead More News
