John Wall Can’t Find His Shot In Loss To Warriors
6 years agoWashington Wizards point guard John Wall struggled with his shot for the second straight game in a loss to the Golden State Warriors. He scored just 13 points, on 5-for-12 shooting and shot just 2-for-4 from the free-throw line. Wall didn’t do too much to offset the poor shooting either, as he added just six assists, four turnovers, and two rebounds, in 27 minutes. The entire Wizards team looked mentally defeated watching Steph Curry's outrageous shooting display, so the poor game is no surprise. Nonetheless, Wall’s shooting from the three-point line and the free-throw line needs to improve if he’s going to live up to his ADP. He’s shooting just 68.4 percent from the line and a horrid 11.8 percent from three-point range this season. Wall will look to get back on track next time out, as he gets a much easier matchup on Friday night against the Sacramento Kings. The Kings defense is giving up 122.0 points-per-game so Wall should be in line for a good game making him a sold DFS play as well.
