The Los Angeles Rams sit 23rd in the waiver priority list. They currently have a severe lack of depth at outside linebacker. One of the most surprising cuts on cutdown day was the Indianapolis Colts choosing to let linebacker John Simon go. Simon was a good contributor on the edge last season, and he would represent a great option if he falls to the Rams. If they don't at least put a claim on him, they would be making a big mistake.
