Minnesota Wild center Joel Eriksson Ek (lower body) has been placed on Injured Reserve. He suffered a lower-body injury in Monday's practice and is considered week-to-week. Unfortunately, Eriksson Ek has battled health issues throughout the campaign, skating in only 42 contests. He has tallied nine goals and 24 points. Frederick Gaudreau is projected to replace Eriksson Ek as the second-line center. Kirill Kaprizov (lower body) and Ryan Hartman (suspension) also remain out on Tuesday against the Detroit Red Wings. However, Jakub Lauko (lower body) will return from a three-game absence, slotting into the fourth line.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
