12 months agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (ankle) will miss Christmas Day action against Miami. After spraining his right ankle Friday versus Toronto, the reigning MVP hasn't had enough time to recover. It's going to be the fourth game Embiid misses this season. Paul Reed is looking at his second start of the campaign, while Robert Covington should also get a boost in playing time on Monday.
