2 years agoSan Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo has a positive matchup against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 11. The Cardinals are allowing the third-highest completion percentage and the tenth-most yards per game to opposing teams. They are the sixth-most favorable matchup for fantasy QBs. Jimmy G will have a chance to put up numbers against a team that often gets into shootouts. Since the addition of RB Christian McCaffrey, the 49ers have had one of the best offenses. They have averaged the fourth-most total yards in the past three games and the fifth-most passing yards. Garoppolo has finished as a QB1 in once and a QB2 twice in that span. While he has gained a lot of yards through the air, he has not thrown many touchdown passes. He was blanked last week. Garoppolo is a quality QB2 in superflex leagues, but he won't be a consistent QB1 until he can find the end zone regularly.--Mitchell Blatt - RotoBaller
