2 months agoChicago Cubs infielder Jeimer Candelario (back) has reportedly been making terrific progress in his recovery. The 29-year-old has been sidelined since mid-September due to a lower back strain. However, it sounds like the switch-hitting infielder could return as early as Wednesday. That is great news for the Cubs who are currently in the middle of the Wild Card race. The return of Candelario would be a significant boost to this lineup.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
