Pittsburgh Penguins forward Jeff Carter scored both of the team's goals in Tuesday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Blackhawks, tripling his goals tally for the season. The 36-year-old also led all skaters with seven shots and delivered one hit in just a little over 21 minutes of action. Carter is currently centering the first line with Sidney Crosby (COVID protocol) unavailable. The line, which includes Jake Guentzel and Bryan Rust, combined for five points Tuesday night. The Penguins have three more games this week, starting with Thursday's home outing against Florida, and Carter's line should have plenty of more success in the matchups.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
