Jazz Chisholm Jr. Playing On Sunday
6 months agoMiami Marlins outfielder Jazz Chisholm Jr. (biceps) is serving as the designated hitter and is batting in his customary leadoff spot on Sunday versus the visiting Seattle Mariners and right-hander Bryce Miller. Chisholm was removed from Saturday's game early due to right-biceps tightness, according to manager Skip Schumaker, but apparently it wasn't a very serious injury. Chisholm has dealt with a couple minor injuries of late, but thankfully he hasn't been forced to miss much time and will be available for fantasy managers on Sunday. He's have a solid month of June amid some injuries, as he's hitting .288 (17-for-59) with two home runs, a triple, seven RBI, five walks, two stolen bases and five runs scored in 17 games played. Keep Chisholm in your fantasy lineups in a matchup against Miller, who Chisholm has never faced in his career.
