San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings (ankle/shoulder) was not able to practice for the second straight day on Thursday, per David Lombardi of The San Francisco Standard. Jennings was unable to play in Week 3 against the Arizona Cardinals and could be trending towards missing his team's Week 4 contest against the Jacksonville Jaguars as well. Jennings has battled multiple injuries so far in 2025, dating back to training camp, but he recorded seven catches on 15 targets for 105 yards and a touchdown across the 49ers' first two games of the season. The 28-year-old's absence would likely mean an uptick in targets for wideout Ricky Pearsall (knee), who had 11 targets and eight catches against the Cardinals with Jennings sidelined in Week 3. If Jennings can return for Week 4, he profiles as a low-end fantasy WR3/flex option.--Will Brady
