Jarvis Landry, Anthony Schwartz Miss Practice
3 years agoCleveland Browns wide receivers Jarvis Landry (knee) and Anthony Schwartz (concussion) did not take part in practice on Wednesday. Landry continues to be rested early in the week, but as long as he returns to practice on Thursday or Friday, he should be fine to play on Sunday against the winless Detroit Lions. The 28-year-old has exactly five targets in each of the last two games and he's turned that into only seven receptions for 37 yards. Quarterback Baker Mayfield (knee, foot, shoulder) is extremely beat up in an offense that likes to run the ball as much as they can. Consider Landry a low-upside, low-volume WR3/flex, even in a pristine matchup against Detroit. Schwartz is buried on the depth chart in a low-volume passing attack, so he's only worth stashing in deep dynasty setups.
